Greenfield Bakers are members of the Real Bread Campaign and our bread is made with flour, salt, yeast and water, without the use of any processing additives. We use locally produced honey; beer; cheese and herbs from our own garden.

In March 2007 we converted an old stable block with no floor into a purpose built bakery complete with a wood-fired French clay oven. All the organic stoneground flour used for our bread comes from the Maud Foster Windmill in Boston and our breads are all made using slow-fermentation techniques.
