The bake- to -order days during  November and December  are as follows, please order by text/ email before 5pm the day before:

Saturday 09 and Sunday 10 November

Baking at the Willoughby Allotments, Boston 10.30am -2.30pm 

10 spaces available each day to bake with focaccia and sourdough and with fresh ingredients from the allotments. 

Saturday 16 November & Sunday 17 November 

Peaks Top Farm Christmas Fair, Grimsby 10am-4pm

Sunday 25 November

Sandringham Farmers' Market 10am-3pm

Monthly market featuring bread, pork butcher, fish, honey, beer, wine, chocolate, fresh fruit &veg, and more at the Sandringham Estate.

Sunday 01 December 

Heighington Christmas Market 






One day  baking courses will be available  in April, May, June and August (dates TBC) at the bakery . £90 per person, suitable for age 14 plus.


The two-day baking and Writing weekend will be 03 & 04 October 2020

Saturday will be a full day of firing the oven and baking a range of breads: fougassse, focaccia, sourdough using stoneground organic flour. Sunday will focus on writing from the senses. £125 per person for both days . Six places available and suitable for age 14 plus.
