10 spaces available each day to bake with focaccia and sourdough and with fresh ingredients from the allotments.

Monthly market featuring bread, pork butcher, fish, honey, beer, wine, chocolate, fresh fruit &veg, and more at the Sandringham Estate.

**BAKING COURSES 2020**
One day baking courses will be available in April, May, June and August (dates TBC) at the bakery . £90 per person, suitable for age 14 plus.
The two-day baking and Writing weekend will be 03 & 04 October 2020
Saturday will be a full day of firing the oven and baking a range of breads: fougassse, focaccia, sourdough using stoneground organic flour. Sunday will focus on writing from the senses. £125 per person for both days . Six places available and suitable for age 14 plus.
