BAKING COURSES 2024

One day baking courses 8.30am - 5pm 

The next available date is Saturday 11 May 

Working with the wood-fired oven.

This is a full day where you will mix doughs and fire the oven.

Make and bake: focaccia, sourdough and rustic loaves in a small group and in a lovely rural setting. Lots of time for questions & chat.

Breaks for refreshments and you make your own focaccia for lunch!

£125 per person, suitable for age 14 plus.

If you would like to book a bake day for a group on another date please ask.
